Application:
1. Release Films
PET liner needs no primer; apply 0.8–1.2 g/m² silicone + 0.5–1 phr Crosile® 7697 Anchor inline. Anchor strength rises 40–60 %, meeting high-speed label and electronics-die-cut demands without silicone transfer.
2. Release Papers/Glassine
For low-surface-energy glassine or super-calendered kraft, Crosile® 7697 Anchor reduces silicone penetration and keeps peel force stable at 8–12 g/cm—ideal for medical tapes and security labels.
3. Electronics/Optical Protection Films
In solvent-free, low-haze formulas Crosile® 7697 Anchor bonds silicone tightly to PET, survives 180 °C for 30 min without blistering or migration, and serves as a carrier for OCA optical adhesives.
4. Functional Composite Films
Blended with fluorosilicone release agents, Crosile® 7697 Anchor creates ultra-light peel (2–5 g/in) fluorosilicone coatings that still maintain high anchorage, suitable for 5G high-frequency tapes and EV battery insulation films.
In short, whenever you need a solvent-free, primer-free silicone release layer to anchor firmly to PET or paper, choose Crosile® 7697 Anchor.
