Water-soluble silanes (also called waterborne silanes) are organosilicon compounds that can be dispersed or dissolved in water. They are characterized by low VOC (volatile organic compound) emissions, environmental friendliness, and safe handling, and are widely used in water-based coatings, adhesives, sealants, and surface treatment applications. Ecopower’s Crosile series offers high-performance water-soluble silanes tailored for these applications.

Crosile®-8107 – Aqueous Silane Polymer
Crosile-8107 is a zero-VOC, >95 °C flash-point waterborne silane oligomer, stable at pH 4; dilute 0.5–5 % in water to create high-strength coupling between glass/metal/inorganic surfaces and organic resins for high-temperature-safe water-based coatings and laminates.

Aqueous Silane Polymer Crosile®-8155
Crosile-8155 is a 40 % active, zero-VOC bis-amino waterborne siloxane oligomer—pre-hydrolyzed, flash-point > 100 °C, just add water. At 0.5–5 % dosage it couples and cross-links glass, metal, mineral and fiber in water-based epoxy, PU or acrylic systems; full cure in 1 min at 80 °C or 7 days at room temp. Universal eco-primer and sizing enhancer.
