Water-soluble silane

Water-soluble silanes (also called waterborne silanes) are organosilicon compounds that can be dispersed or dissolved in water. They are characterized by low-VOC (volatile organic compound) emissions, environmental friendliness, and safe handling, and are widely used in water-based coatings, adhesives, sealants, and surface treatment applications. Ecopower’s Crosile series offers high-performance water-soluble silanes tailored for these applications.

Crosile®-8107 – Aqueous Silane Polymer
Crosile-8107 is a zero-VOC, >95 °C flash-point waterborne silane oligomer, stable at pH 4; dilute 0.5–5 % in water to create high-strength coupling between glass/metal/inorganic surfaces and organic resins for high-temperature-safe water-based coatings and laminates.

Aqueous Silane Polymer Crosile®-8155
Crosile-8155 is a 40 % active, zero-VOC bis-amino waterborne siloxane oligomer—pre-hydrolyzed, flash-point > 100 °C, just add water. At 0.5–5 % dosage it couples and cross-links glass, metal, mineral and fiber in water-based epoxy, PU or acrylic systems; full cure in 1 min at 80 °C or 7 days at room temp. Universal eco-primer and sizing enhancer.
