(Reactive, water-borne organo-functional siloxane oligomer solution)
Product Description:
Crosile®-8107 is a high-efficiency coupling agent that creates strong bonds between inorganic substrates (glass, minerals, metals) and organic polymers (thermosets, thermoplastics, elastomers), enabling high-performance laminates. The product is a slightly blue liquid and offers the following advantages over conventional organo-functional silanes:
- Enhanced product stability and processing reliability
- Non-flammable; flash point > 95 ℃ for greater process flexibility
- Suitable for high-temperature environments and areas near ignition sources or static zones
- Eco-friendly, fully compatible with water-borne polymer systems
- Zero VOC release during hydrolysis, supporting safer and more sustainable operations

Instructions for Use:
Dilute Crosile®-8107 to 0.5–5% with distilled water. Adjust and maintain pH < 6 to ensure solution stability.
Packaging & Storage:
- Packaging: 25 kg, 200 kg, 1000 kg plastic drums
- Storage: Store in a cool, dry, well-ventilated place away from direct sunlight and sources of ignition
- Shelf life: 12 months under ventilated, cool and dry conditions
