Crosile®-6296 – Silicone Anchor/Tackifier
(Anchor promoter for silicone pressure-sensitive adhesives)
Product Description:
- Appearance: colourless, transparent liquid
- Function: promotes adhesion of silicone PSAs / silicone adhesives to corona- or pre-coated PET substrates
- Features: high bonding strength, easy to incorporate
Instructions for Use:
- Dilute the adhesive base with solvent, then add Crosile®-6296 slowly under continuous stirring.
- Never pre-mix with platinum catalyst.
- Avoid prolonged contact with air; re-seal container immediately after use.
- Recommended dosage: 0.6–1.4 phr (parts per 100 parts base polymer).
Scope of Application:
Improves bonding reliability between silicone adhesives / PSAs and various substrates.
Packaging:
Standard: 1 kg bottle | 25 kg pail (other sizes on request).
Storage & Shelf Life:
- Store in a cool, dry place away from ignition sources and direct sunlight.
- Keep tightly closed at ≤ 25℃.
- Shelf life: 6 months from date of manufacture.
