Crosile®-6296 Silicone Anchor/Tackifier

(Anchor promoter for silicone pressure-sensitive adhesives)

Product Description:  

Appearance: colourless, transparent liquid  

Function: promotes adhesion of silicone PSAs / silicone adhesives to corona- or pre-coated PET substrates  

Features: high bonding strength, easy to incorporate

Instructions for Use:  

Dilute the adhesive base with solvent, then add Crosile®-6296 slowly under continuous stirring.  

Never pre-mix with platinum catalyst.  

Avoid prolonged contact with air; re-seal container immediately after use.  

Recommended dosage: 0.6–1.4 phr (parts per 100 parts base polymer).

Scope of Application:

Improves bonding reliability between silicone adhesives / PSAs and various substrates.

Storage & Shelf Life:  

- Store in a cool, dry place away from ignition sources and direct sunlight.  

- Keep tightly closed at ≤ 25℃.

- Shelf life: 6 months from date of manufacture.

Users must conduct their own tests to confirm suitability for specific processes and end-use conditions.
