Silicone-Rubber-Grade Low-Iron Precipitated Silica (white carbon black) for high-temperature-vulcanized (HTV) silicone rubber.

- Ultra-high surface area 150-180 m²/g for maximum reinforcement at low dosage
- Narrow 10-14 µm D₅₀ – low dust, fast dispersion, smooth rolling
- Low iron ≤ 200 mg/kg & ≥ 98 % SiO₂ – high electrical insulation, brilliant transparency and anti-yellowing
- Neutral pH 6-7, low salt – catalyst-friendly, extended compound shelf life
- Stable up to 300 °C short-term – suited for oven gaskets, keypad pads, cable jackets

Application
Reinforcing filler for transparent, coloured or high-hardness HTV silicone rubber parts.
Typical addition: 20 – 60 phr; add together with base polymer, no pre-drying required under normal humidity (< 70 % RH).
Handling & Storage
Store in closed original bags below 35 °C and < 70 % RH; keep away from strong alkalis and HF.
Packaging
Net 10 kg / 20 kg multi-layer kraft bags with PE liner; big bags on request.
