Features &Applications
- Provides high filler loading, excellent hydrophobicity, and superior electrical performance; enhances tear strength, impact resistance, and abrasion resistance; exhibits low high-temperature creep and low stress cracking.
- Serves as a coupling bridge between inorganic fillers and EPDM/EVA, specifically for peroxide crosslinking systems.
- Combines coupling, hydrophobicity, and crosslinking in one, maintaining stable wet-state properties.
- Suitable for cable compounds filled with kaolin, Al(OH)₃, or Mg(OH)₂; also for pre-treated fillers/pigments.
Usage
0.5–2 phr, added during compounding or pre-treatment; brief drying at 80℃ is sufficient.
