High-Anti-Yellowing Silica Felcosil-800
High-Anti-Yellowing Precipitated Silica for high-temperature-vulcanized (HTV) silicone rubber.
Key Performance
- BET 130-160 m²/g + D₅₀ 10-14 µm → rapid dispersion, low dust, high reinforcement
- Fe ≤ 200 mg/kg & ≥ 98 % SiO₂ → outstanding transparency and anti-yellowing index
- DBP 2.0-2.7 cm³/g, pH 6-7 → catalyst-neutral, smooth processing
- Heat-stable to 300 °C short-term → ideal for bright-white or crystal-clear silicone parts

Application
Primary reinforcing filler for transparent, coloured or high-brightness HTV silicone rubber (keypads, seals, baby-nipples, oven gaskets).
Dosage: 20 – 60 phr; add directly with base polymer, no pre-drying under normal humidity (< 70 % RH).
Handling & Storage
Store in closed bags below 35 °C and < 70 % RH; avoid contact with strong alkalis or HF acid.
Packaging
Net 10 kg / 20 kg laminated kraft bags with PE liner; big bags available on request.
