Silicone-rubber-grade precipitated silica (white carbon black) engineered for high-temperature vulcanized (HTV) silicone rubber.

It is widely used by silicone rubber compounders and silicone product manufacturers to achieve superior mechanical properties, outstanding transparency, and reliable processing performance.

Recommended Application

• Reinforcing filler for HTV silicone rubber compounds (gaskets, keypads, oven seals, cable jackets)

• Dosage : 20–60 phr (parts per hundred rubber) depending on hardness & transparency target

• Processing : add together with base polymer; no pre-drying required under normal humidity (< 70 % RH)

Packaging:

Net 10 kg / 20 kg multi-layer kraft bags with PE liner; big bags available on request.
