Crosile® 264 Thiocyanatopropyltriethoxysilane is a bifunctional, sulfur-containing organosilane for Rubber applications in combination with white fillers containing Silanol Group.
Silane Coupling Agent Crosile® 189 is a colorless clear liquid with light typical odor and easily soluble in ethyl alcohol, acetone, benzene, toluene etc. Insoluble in water. 3-Mercaptopropyltrimethoxysilane is a bifunctional organosilane possessing a reactive organic mercapto and a hydrolyzable inorganic methoxysilyl group.
Silane coupling agent Crosile® 1891 is a colorless clear liquid with light typical odor and soluble easily in ethyl alcohol, acetone, benzene, toluene etc. Insoluble in water.
Crosile® 69C it is a mixture of Crosile® 69C silane coupling agent and carbon black with the same function as Crosile® 69C but easier to operate. Crosile® 69 can improve the physical and mechanical properties of rubber and greatly strengthen tensile strenth, antitearing strenth, abrasion resistance, reduce the permanent deformation and viscosity of gross rubber, improve process property. The suitable polymer include NR,IP,SBR,BR,NBR,EPDM, etc.
ECOPOWER Crosile® 172 is a vinyl group and a hydrolyzable 2-methoxy-ethoxy-Silyl group that promotes adhesion among unsaturated, polyester-type resins or crosslinked polyethylene resins or elastomers and inorganic substrates, including fiber glass, silica, silicates and many metal oxides. When used as coupling agent, it reduces the sensitivity of the products’ mechanical and electrical properties to heat and/or moisture.
Crosile®570 is 3-Methacryloxypropyltrimethoxysilane. It is a methacrylfunctional silane that can be used as adhesion promoter, surface modifier, co-monomer for polymer synthesis and crosslinker.
Crosile®CPTEO is the main raw material for preparing Si-69, KH-550 and other silane coupling agents. It is also used as a rubber processing aid to couple inorganic fillers in various halogenated rubber to improve various physical and mechanical properties. It can also be used to synthesize organosilicon compounds containing quaternary ammonium cations, as antifungal and odor-proof finishing agents, with special bactericidal, odor-proof, antistatic and surface activity.
