Silicone-rubber-grade precipitated silica (white carbon black) engineered for high-temperature vulcanized (HTV) silicone rubber.
Key Features
• Medium particle size D₅₀ 10–14 µm → low dust, fast dispersion, reduced roller sticking
• BET surface area 130–160 m²/g → high reinforcement at low loading
• High clarity & anti-yellowing → suited for transparent/coloured articles
• Low iron (< 200 mg/kg) & ≥ 98 % SiO₂ → excellent electrical insulation and heat stability (up to 300 °C short-term)
• Neutral pH 6–7 & low salt content → protects catalyst activity, extends shelf life

Recommended Application
• Reinforcing filler for HTV silicone rubber compounds (gaskets, keypads, oven seals, cable jackets)
• Dosage : 20–60 phr (parts per hundred rubber) depending on hardness & transparency target
• Processing : add together with base polymer; no pre-drying required under normal humidity (< 70 % RH)
Handling & Storage:
Store in original closed bags below 35 °C and < 70 % relative humidity; avoid direct sunlight and contact with strong alkalis or HF.
Packaging:
Net 10 kg / 20 kg multi-layer kraft bags with PE liner; big bags available on request.
