Hydrophilic Fumed Silica Application

1. Silicone Rubber

Felcosil EC-200 is widely used as a reinforcing filler in HTV and RTV silicone rubber systems. It enhances tensile strength, tear resistance, abrasion resistance, and mechanical durability in applications such as seals, hoses, keypads, and cable insulation.

2. Coatings, Inks & Adhesives

Functions as an efficient rheology modifier in coatings, printing inks, and adhesive systems. It improves viscosity control, thixotropy, pigment suspension, and sag resistance while supporting consistent application performance.

3. Cable Materials

Suitable for cable compounds and cable gels, particularly in fiber-optic applications. It contributes to rheological stability, electrical insulation performance, and long-term protection against moisture and mechanical stress.

4. Powder Additives

Used as a free-flow and anti-caking additive in powder coatings, agricultural chemicals, and other industrial powder systems. It improves flowability, storage stability, and handling performance.
