HL700 Liquid Rosin Ester is a liquid rosin ester tackifier.  It is designed for applications requiring low odor and high tack. It has a suitable FDA status for use in food packaging applications covered by 175.105.

Character

Low odor and excellent stability Soluble in esters,  petroleum benzine, mineral spirit, benzene, ethyl acetate, acetone aliphatic and chlorinated solvents. Insoluble in ethanol and water. Compatible with NR, SBR, EVA210 and EVA420 

 

Application

HL700 is used as a tackifier for solvent based flooring adhesive and pressure sensitive adhesive. It is also used as tackifier, plasticer or modifier for hot melt adhesive. 

When mixed with non-crystallization rosin HR-S80, HL-700 can be used in water-based flooring adhesives. 

Other adhesive applications as well as sealants, coatings and wax-based products.

  1. Packing: In open-head steel drums, net weight 200 kgs. 
  2. Storage: Keep in dry and cool place; avoid fire, don’t transport with oxidant.
