Crosile® 5246 is a ready-to-use diamino-functional silane polymer that firmly couples amino-reactive resins to inorganic surfaces or fillers. It delivers stronger adhesion, lower VOC, better hydrophobicity and outperforms conventional monomeric aminosilanes.
Crosile® 5246 forms strong chemical bonds with inorganic substrates through diamino groups, while alkyl chains provide excellent hydrophobicity and siloxane network ensures long-term stability and durability.
Diamino groups react directly with resins or curing agents.
Alkyl chains orient outward to block moisture intrusion.
Silanes condense with substrate hydroxyl groups to form stable Si–O–M bonds.
Siloxane chains crosslink to ensure long-term structural integrity.
