Application
Silicon dioxide Silica Felcosil-EC 600 and other materials are efficient "anti-adhesion" agents, preventing the adhesion of polymer or plastic film layers. This includes both single silicon dioxide and physical mixtures.
Using silicon dioxide as an anti-adhesion agent prevents the sticking together of polymer film layers, commonly known as "blocking" in the industry. Silicon dioxide anti-adhesion agents also enhance the surface structure of the film, thereby improving scratch resistance. Grease offers a range of products suitable for various film thicknesses and polymer types.
The silicon dioxide anti-adhesion agent is a non-toxic synthetic amorphous silica with a purity exceeding 99%. This synthetic silica provides several advantages in polymer film and your manufacturing process, including:
