Crosile® 75 (Bis(3-triethoxysilylpropyl)disulfide) TESPD is a bifunction polysulfidic organosilane and has been widely in the rubber industry. Crosile® 75 TESPD is used to improve the reinforcing capability of fillers with silanol group on their surface, and also as an integral part of curing systems to improve cross-linking network properties.
Crosile®69C it is a mixture of Liqud Sulfur Silane Crosile-69 silane coupling agent and carbon black N330 with the same function as Crosile-69 but easier to operate. Crosile®69C Black small pellet with light odor of ethyl alcohol.
Crosile®75C Silane coupling agent carbon black can improve the physical and mechanical properties of rubber, greatly improve the tensile strength, tear strength, wear resistance, reduce the permanent deformation and viscosity of the wool rubber, and improve the processing performance.
Amino Silane Coupling Agent Crosile® 792 A colorless or pale-yellow transparent liquid, soluble in aether, benzene. Being able to react with acetone, carbon tetrachloride, water. Boiling point 259℃.
n-Propyltriethoxysilane (Crosile®PTEO) is a mesoporous hyperbranched organ silane that can be used as a grafting agent. It can be used in the functionalization of a variety of substrates by attaching the silane groups with the surface atoms.
Propyltrimethoxysilane, also called Trimethoxypropylsilane, is an alkyl alkoxysilane. It is a colorless, low viscosity liquid. It has an n-propyl organic group and a trimethoxy silly inorganic group. It provides hydrophobic surface treatment.
One end of its structure with reactive groups such as amino and vinyl, can react with epoxy, phenolic, polyester and other synthetic resin molecules. The other end is alkoxy (such as methoxy, ethoxy etc.) or chlorine atoms which are connected with silicon.
