Crosile® 75 (TESPD) is a bifunctional sulfur-containing organosilane widely used in the rubber industry. It improves the reinforcing efficiency of fillers containing silanol groups on their surfaces and also participates in the vulcanization system, contributing to the development of an effective crosslinking network.
Compared with Crosile® 69 (Bis(3-triethoxysilylpropyl) Tetrasulfide, TESPT), Crosile® 75 exhibits higher thermal stability, allowing higher processing and mixing temperatures.
Crosile® 75 can improve tensile strength, modulus, abrasion resistance, and compression set while contributing to enhanced dynamic performance of rubber compounds.
