Bifunctional sulfur-containing organosilane that boosts filler reinforcement and builds an effective crosslinking network.
Crosile® 75 (TESPD) is a bifunctional sulfur-containing organosilane widely used in the rubber industry. It improves the reinforcing efficiency of fillers containing silanol groups on their surfaces and also participates in the vulcanization system, contributing to the development of an effective crosslinking network.

Crosile® 75 is a bifunctional sulfur-containing organosilane that improves the reinforcing efficiency of fillers whose surfaces carry silanol groups, coupling them into the polymer matrix. It also participates in the vulcanization system, where its disulfide functionality contributes to the development of an effective crosslinking network.
Improves the reinforcing efficiency of fillers containing silanol groups on their surfaces.
Compared with Crosile® 69 (TESPT), Crosile® 75 exhibits higher thermal stability, allowing higher processing and mixing temperatures.
Participates in the vulcanization system, contributing to the development of an effective crosslinking network.
Crosile® 75 (TESPD) is a bifunctional, sulfur-containing organosilane widely used across the rubber industry.
