Application

1. Crosile® 1891 3-Mercaptopropyl)triethoxysilane is a kind of multifunctional silane coupling agent that is mainly used to improve the cohesiveness between the fillers containing hydroxyl groups and unsaturated polymers having double bonds.

2. Crosile® 1891 is able to improve physical and mechanical properties of vulcanizates. Crosile® 1891 can markedly improve tensile strength, tearing strength and abrasive resistance and reduce compression set of vulcanizates.

3. Crosile® 1891 can reduce the viscosity and improve the processability of rubber products.Silica, talc powder, mica powder and clay can be used in combination with Crosile® 1891 in polymers such as SBR, NBR, NR, EPDM, epoxy resin, polystyrene resin etc.
Recommend dosage 0.5-3.0 PHR.
