Amino Silane Polymer Application
Construction Adhesives & Sealants
- Compatible with MS, SPUR, PU, epoxy, RTV-silicone systems; can be blended directly or
used as a primer to simplify application. Transparent Decorative & Electronic Sealants
- Maintains optical clarity; suitable for bonding PC, PET plastic frames or lamp covers. Mineral-Filled Composites
- Pre-treatment of fillers such as aluminum hydroxide, calcium carbonate, or silica powder
improves dispersion and reduces brittleness. Industrial Marine & Protective Coatings
- Dilute and apply by roller or spray to concrete, glass, or aluminum surfaces to create a
hydrophobic, salt-fog-resistant layer.
Usage
- Additive: 0.5–2.0 phr, added directly during mixing. - Primer / Filler Treatment: Dilute to 5–20 wt% with alcohol or hydrocarbon, apply or mix
and dry before further processing
