High & Low Temperature Resistance: Operates effectively within a broad range of -40°C to 300°C
.Superior Cohesion: Provides ultra-high cohesive strength, which is critical for durable bonds
.Excellent Viscosity Retention: Maintains consistent tackiness over time
.High Peeling Strength: Offers strong adhesion and peel resistance
.High Softening Point: Softening point (Ring & Ball) is in the range of 145–155°C
Excellent Solubility: Soluble in a variety of solvents including toluene, ethyl ester, methanol, ethanol, and butanone
.Other Features: Exhibits high adhesion, heat resistance, insulation, and weatherability. It also enhances the adhesive resin system
Applications
TPR-560 is commonly used as a tackifier in high-performance adhesives, especially where high temperature resistance is required
Its applications include:
Pressure Sensitive Adhesives (PSA): Suitable for solvent-based acrylic PSAs, rubber-based PSAs, hot melt PSAs, and water-based PSAs
Hot Melt Adhesives (HMA): Ideal for hot melt adhesive formulations
Specialty Tapes: Used in metal tapes (copper/aluminum) and tapes for high-temperature environments
