Chlorosulfonated Polyethylene is a kind of white or yellowish elastomer in round chip with not only the same properties as base polymer but also special properties of itself. It’s soluble in aromatic hydrocarbon and hydrochloric ether, insoluble in fatty hydrocarbon and alcohol, only swells but not soluble in ketone and ether. It has excellent ozone resistance, atmospheric ageing resistance, chemical resistance, etc., also has better physical mechanical features, heat ageing resistance, heat endurance, subzero resistance, fuel resistance, abrasion resistance and electrical insulation.

CSM 45 rubber is a kind of white grey material, evenly rubber-shape, and it has the mutual character with rubber which also has its own property.
It is non-toxic, non-explosive, open flame burning, auto-extinction after removal.
It has excellent ozone resistance, resistance to atmospheric aging, chemical resistance, better physical mechanical, thermal aging resistance and low temperature resistance (-20℃-12℃), oil resistance, flame resistance, abrasion resistance and electrical insulation etc.

Application

CSM 45 Rubber can be used in a variety of automotive hoses, rubber compounds, special rubber rollers, seals, wire and cable, anti-corrosion coatings, waterproofing membranes, specialty tapes, adhesives and other special rubber products.

CSM 45 has excellent processing properties, especially suitable to process different rubber products, wire and cable jacketing.

Widely used in automotive hose applications, igniter fuse of aircraft engine, mineral cable, flame resistant cable for civil use as well.

Storage: Kept in a low temperature, dry and ventilated place, avoid direct sunlight.
