HY 9120 hydrocarbon is a water-white thermoplastic resin obtained from the collection and hydrogenation of C9 ingredients.

HY 9120 hydrocarbon compound resin has nearly 0 # color, without VOC and perfect stability. It is widely used in new sensitive adhesives, heating melting adhesives and rubber -based adhesives, especially in sanitary products, medical products and indoor emissions.

HY 9120 Hydrogenated C9 Reisn Applications

EVA based hot melt adhesive:

The hydrogenated C9 HY 9120 resin are highly compatible with EVA resins to produce low haze, high clarity hot melt adhesives with balanced bonding properties.

SBC (SIS SBS SEBS) based hot melt pressure sensitive adhesive:

As its raw material comes from C9 petroleum resin, hydrogenated C9 resin has similar solubility parameters to SBC copolymers and has excellent thermal stability.

Ideal for formulating SBC based hot melt pressure sensitive adhesives, especially in diaper and sanitary napkin applications.

Solvent-based pressure sensitive adhesive:

The hydrogenated C9 HY 9120 resin have broad compatibility with various elastomers such as NR, SBR, IIR and SBC and can also be used in pressure sensitive adhesives to produce high quality tape and label products.

Plastic modification:

The hydrogenated hydrcarbon C9 HY 9120 resin can be blended with PP resin to produce OPP film. Biaxial orientation improves clarity, stiffness, printability, heat sealability and gas barrier properties.
