AminoSilane Coupling Agent Crosile is a chemical substance with the molecular formula H2NCH2CH2CH2Si (OC2H5)3, which is used in various industries such as glass fiber reinforced plastics, coatings, castings, plastics, adhesives, sealants, textile printing and dyeing. Amino Functional Silane is the tackifier of RTV silicone rubber. It has two functional groups, namely amino and ethoxy.

Crosile® 550 aminosilane is an exceptional solution for enhancing the bonding between organic polymers and inorganic fillers. By forming strong bonds, it significantly improves the mechanical, electrical, and water resistance properties of polymer-based composites. Suitable for a wide range of polymers including epoxy resin, phenolic resin, cyanuramide, PVC, polyacrylate, and polyurethane, as well as inorganics such as glass fiber, glass cloth, glass bead, white carbon black, French white, clays, and pottery clay.

Crosile® 602 3-(2-Aminoethylamino) propyl-dimethoxymethylsilane acts as a versatile additive, eliminating the need for special primers in various bonding applications. It excels in adhesion within the following systems:

  1. RTV Silicones and Hybrid Silane-Crosslinked Sealants
  2. Polysulfide Sealants
  3. Plastic Sealants
  4. Phenolic and Epoxy Molding Compounds (as an additive)

Crosile® 792 N-(2-Aminoethyl)-3-Aminopropyltrimethoxysilane is specifically designed for laminates such as epoxy resin, phenolic resin, and melamine. Additionally, it finds applications in PP, PE, polyacrylate, organosilicon, polyurethane, polycarbonate, and PVC. It serves as an excellent finishing agent for glass fiber and is also effective in silica-type materials such as glass bead, white carbon black, talc, mica, clay, and powdered coal.
