High Performance Solution for Lower Rolling Resistance & Enhanced Processing Stability Novel Monosulfur Silane Crosile-966   Crosile-966 is a blocked mercaptosilane coupling agent, it blocks a highly active mercapto group using long-chain alkanyl groups which is favorable for high temperature compounding and avoids the increase in viscosity of the rubber or early vulcanization. Compared with traditional polysulfide silanes, Crosile-966 silane coupling agent showed better silica dispersing ability, which helps tires to maintain the same wet land Under the condition of grip, lower rolling resistance is obtained and energy consumption is saved.   Major Advantages of Crosile-966 for Green Tire Save gasoline by 8% Better Wear Resistance Good Snow & Wet Traction Higher Stability at high temperature   Compared with traditional polysulfide silanes  Compared with Si69 and Si75 at the end of mixing and vulcanization, Crosile-966 not only exhibits excellent reinforcement performance, but also avoids the problem of early scorching during high-temperature mixing. At the beginning of compounding, the ethoxy group of Crosile-966 reacts quickly with the hydroxyl group of the silica, so that the silica is uniformly dispersed in the rubber The long-chain alkane acyl functional group in the Crosile-966 molecule has strong hydrophobicity to avoid self-aggregation reaction of the hydroxyl groups on the surface of the silica. During the storage, without viscosity increase, the rubber compound has a greater storage stability than traditional polysulfide silane.     Significantly reduce the shear strain modulus △G' and Tan(δ)max in the range of 0-25% strain, reduce the heat generation of the rubber, and significantly reduce the rolling resistance. Compared with traditional polysulfide silanes, Crosile-966 can obtain lower low-temperature dynamic performance and lower rolling resistance.
