Monosulfide Silane Application:
Crosile-965 is an advanced product specifically designed to enhance the chemical coupling between silica and rubber molecules. In green tire applications, Crosile-965 demonstrates ahigher silane-polymer coupling efficiency compared to Crosile-69 (4S) and Crosile-75 (2S). This not only helps improve the rebound performance of rubber but also significantly reducesthe loss factor (tanδ) at 60°C, leading to a notable reduction in fuel consumption.
At the same time, Crosile-965 offers a remarkable feature of reducing volatile compounds by80%, effectively lowering the emission of volatile organic compounds (VOCs). This characteristic strongly supports environmental protection and sustainability, meeting current stringent requirements for reducing VOC emissions.
It is worth noting that when using Crosile-965 in a one-step mixing process, it can reduce Mooney viscosity and improve the dispersion of reinforcing fillers, thereby enhancing mixing efficiency. This further optimizes the production process, contributing positively to the performance and sustainability of rubber products.
Usage:
Add together with silica. The recommended dosage is 10–12% of the silica amount, which can be adjusted according to specific product requirements.
