Crosile®CPTMO is the basic monomer of the silane coupling agent. The product is colorless transparent liquid. It is insoluble in water and can react with water slowly, but easily to trigger hydrolysis cross-linking reaction in the acid or alkaline environment, which is main basic material used in compounding methoxy silane coupling agent. In the meantime, the product has good coupling effect with epoxy glass fiber reinforced plastics, beside which, it can also be applied to compound material, ink, glue water and sealant material as reinforcing agent and crosslink agent.
Crosile®560 is 3-Glycidoxypropyltrimethoxysilane for Sealant and Adhesive Promoter It is a bifunctional organosilane possessing a reactive orfanic epoxide and hydrolyzable inorganic methoxysilyl groups.
Crosile®792 is N-2-(Aminoethyl)-3-aminopropyltrimethoxysilane. It is an amino functionalized silane coupling agent. The individual molecules contain two types of reactive functional groups that are amino group and alkoxy group characterized by different reactivity thus bonding with both organic and inorganic materials. It acts as a sort of intermediary which bonds organic materials to inorganic materials. It improves desirable qualities such as mechanical strength, moisture or chemical resistance and electrical properties. Crosile®792 is extensively used in adhesives to improve adhesion.
ECOPOWER Crosile®1100 silane coupling agent, gamma-aminopropyltriethoxysilane, a versatile amino-functional coupling agent may be an excellent candidate for use in a range of broad applications to provide superior bonding between inorganic substrates and organic polymers.
Silane coupling agent Crosile-69(Si69) is bifunctional, sulfur-containing organosilane for rubber applications in combination with white fillers containing silanol groups
Silane coupling agent Crosile®69 is a pale-yellow clear liquid with light odor of ethyl alcohol and soluble easily in ethyl alcohol, acetone, benzene, toluene etc. Insoluble in water.
Ethyl Silicate-28 is a monomeric ethyl silicate, also known as tetraethyl orthosilicate (TEOS). After hydrolysis, it yields 28 wt.% silica, hence the name Ethyl Silicate-28. It has the following chemical formula.
