Crosile®1120 is N-2-(Aminoethyl)-3-aminopropyltrimethoxysilane. It is an amino functionalized silane coupling agent. A colorless or pale-yellow transparent liquid, soluble in aether, benzene. Being able to react with acetone, carbon tetrachloride, water. Boiling point 259℃.

ECOPOWER Crosile®1120 is N-2-(Aminoethyl)-3-aminopropyltrimethoxysilane.

ECOPOWER Crosile®1120 is an amino functionalized silane coupling agent. It is a colorless or pale-yellow transparent liquid, soluble in aether, benzene. Being able to react with acetone, carbon tetrachloride, water. Boiling point 259℃.

The individual molecules contain two types of reactive functional groups that are amino group and alkoxy group characterized by different reactivity thus bonding with both organic and inorganic materials. It acts as a sort of intermediary which bonds organic materials to inorganic materials. It improves desirable qualities such as mechanical strength, moisture or chemical resistance and electrical properties.

Application

1. Crosile-792 is a diamond functional silane. It is used to improve the cohesiveness of organic and inorganic materials. It can improve dry and wet tensile strength and modulus, bending strength and compressive strength of composite material, especially wet electrical property of product. 

2. It is especially suitable for laminates such as epoxy resin, phenolic resin, melamine and also used in PP, PE, polyacrylate, organosilicon, polyurethane, polycarbonate, PVC. 

3. It is mainly used as a finishing agent of glass fiber and also used in the silica type material such as glass bead, white carbon black, talc, mica, clay, powdered coal.
