Chemical Properties

ECOPOWER's Crosile®1090 is a vinyl silane. Used as tackifier, dispersant and hydrophobic agent in mineral filled compounds. The benefits it offers include improved filler dispersion, good processability, significantly reduced water absorption, a good balance between tensile strength, high levels of elongation at break and improved chemical resistance. Displays significantly reduced stress cracking tendency, higher impact strength and higher wear resistance. Crosile®1090 is listed on the EINECS/ELINCS, TSCA, IECSC, ENCS, PICCS and ECL.
